But my point (that was taken) was that he got his abilites in a way I'm not used to see.
I mean, to have sprint in Stealth bar isn't the best idea, cuz you can use it both stealthed/non-stealthed, so if he lay it on the side bar (example) he would gain more of it, and the attack button on hotkey 1, use the right-click with the mouse to attack your target

Now that you mention it... Autoattack and Throw bound to 1 and 2 seem kinda out of place indeed, especially on the stealth panel.
Mine are Cheap Shot - Ambush - Garrote.

Same place as on my combat bar (so I don't accidentally hot key the wrong action) and I had a spare box in stealth so I left sprint where it was as well
